This is actually being used for rehabilitation purposes to strengthen neck and swallowing muscles by a person involved suffering from TBI after a terrible accident. It is working very well and recommend. Well worth the money. The springs have varying resistance levels. Recommend.

I came across this when I was searching for neck exercises on Google. I had spent a fortune on chiropractor and doctor appointments after an accident and decided anything was worth a try. It has helped tremendously with regular use and I rarely experience the neck and shoulder pain I was suffering from daily. This was a great value and works fine once you get it all together and comes in a handy zipper bag! These really help to strengthen your jaw and chinline and I recommend just do not over do and gradually build up, I had a small stroke and this product helped tremendously

This works amazingly well. Believe it or not it started working after just a couple of days of using this device. It kinda makes sense as the neck muscles expand the wrinkles and loose skin go away. I am an ex body builder and my neck use to be much bigger than it is now. the decrease in muscle has left me with turkey neck and wrinkles/loose skin. No Buenos! So i decided to try something new. This item makes a huge difference. the lose skin is gone. I would recommend using it with a moisturizer or facial cream.
